Blue Sea Cruise's Cancellation / Refund Policy
This is an ocean
adventure and conditions may vary. It may not be suitable for some individuals
(frail or physically challenged individuals) determination of suitability is at
the Captain's discretion.
All tours are subject
to vessel operations, weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. Marine
life is a natural occurrence, and there is no guarantee that dolphins, mantas
or other marine life will be seen.
Please note that marine life is a natural occurrence, there is no
guarantee that dolphins, mantas, whales or other marine life will be seen. In our experience, we typically do see
the dolphins 96% of the time on our day time tours and approximately 50% or
less of the time on our evening tours. Manta Rays are typically seen approximately 75% or the time on our late
Blue Sea Cruises, Inc.
reserves the right to refuse service due to safety and or health conditions.
By purchasing passage
with Blue Sea Cruises, Inc. you agree to comply with all applicable Hawaii
State and US Federal laws rules and regulations as stipulated under United
States Coast Guard regulations CFR Title 46. Should you willfully disobey or
fail to comply with commands issued by the Captain or Crew you may be removed
from the vessel and will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event the
activity is booked through a second party agent it is the responsibility of the
agent to inform all of their clients of Blue Sea Cruises, Inc. cancellation
made less than 48 hours before cruise time may incur a $20 per person booking
Cancellations prior to 48 hours before cruise time will be fully refunded. No
refunds are available for cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of the tour departure
time and will be charged full amount of tour price.
Should Blue Sea Cruises, Inc. cancel for any reason all monies collected for
the tour will be refunded within 10 days.
For Custom Charters:
50% deposit is required to book the reservation. The 50% deposit less a 20%
administrative fee is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event time and
The deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the
event time and date.
Payment in full is required seven days prior to event and is non-refundable if
event is cancelled by the customer.
Changes to this
The Web is an evolving medium. We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation
Statement at any time without notice. If we change our Cancellation Statement
at some point in the future, we will post the amended statement on this page.
Any changes will apply to all information collected by Blue Sea Cruises, Inc.,
including previously collected information.
